  • Custom arrangements: 3-5 business days (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Cut-off time for same-day processing: 2PM EST (weekdays only)

 Delivery Options & Timelines:

  1. Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 business days)
    • Ideal for hardy plants and succulents
  2. Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
    • $12.99 flat rate
    • Recommended for tropical plants and floral arrangements
  3. Local Delivery (Florida only)
    • Next-day delivery when ordered by 1PM

 Important Notes:

  • We monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments during extreme temperatures (<32°F or >90°F)
  • All plants are packaged with care using specialized materials
  • Tracking information provided upon shipment

Return Policy

Live Plant Guarantee:
We stand behind our plants! If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll replace the plant or issue a full refund

 Returns & Exchanges:

  • Unopened, unused garden supplies: 15-day return window
  • Live plants: Replacement only (no returns)
  • Custom arrangements: Final sale

 Return Process:

  2. For eligible returns, we’ll provide a prepaid label
  3. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
